A pillar of Savannah since 1953, Hancock entered a new chapter under fresh leadership. We led a two-year, research-driven process to define its voice—past, present, and future—translating its values into a modern, cohesive visual system across every touchpoint.
Hancock lacked a cohesive identity and forward-looking narrative. Alongside a three-year strategy, we defined the opportunity, validated the roadmap, and equipped the school with a visual and written story that honors its heritage, reflects today, and embraces the future of education.
Backed by a year of community and audience research, we executed a phased roadmap aligned to complex operations—delivering a refreshed visual identity, new iconography and guidelines, photography and copy, a multifaceted website with e-store, and a full suite of stationery, merchandise, wayfinding, apparel, and digital and print collateral.
Aligned with the school’s three-year strategy, we built a roadmap with clear approval gates to run projects in parallel. Leveraging SCAD talent under our oversight, we delivered a full marketing suite, omnichannel templates, robust brand guidelines, and a scalable ecosystem.
